Under the consumer protection law (CDC Art. 49), you have 7 days counted from tag delivery to withdraw — the deadline is extended if the 7th day falls on a weekend or holiday. Notify support within the window and we will schedule collection via Uber/99 or pickup at the Vizzupy point — the collection cost is AT VIZZUPY'S EXPENSE (CDC Art. 49 §1), never charged to you. Tags must be returned intact in their original packaging; a missing or damaged tag deducts BRL 9.00 per tag from the refund. The full setup amount is refunded (monthly fees are never refunded), paid via the original payment method within 7 business days of validation. If tags are not returned within 15 days or after 2 collection attempts, the process is closed with no refund. Custom tags (BRL 15.00/tag surcharge — Featured/Top): the refund is PARTIAL — only the base amount and paid shipping; the surcharge is not refundable (CDC Art. 49 §2 — Vizzupy grants more than the law). Manufacturing defect (Vizzupy's fault): free replacement or a full refund including the surcharge.

Yes. It is a one-time payment, payable by card in installments, with no monthly fee. You pay once and use the tag for years.

Delivery is done by scheduled Uber Flash or 99 Delivery, covering the Curitiba municipality, or by pickup at the Vizzupy point, at no cost. Shipping is BRL 15.00 for Personal plans and free for Business (CEO decision Aug/13/2026). The deadline is up to 3 business days after payment confirmation (custom tags: +3 to 5 business days of production). Proof of delivery is mandatory (photo + code) and starts the 7-day guarantee window. If delivery fails twice, we guide you to pick up within 7 days; if not picked up, the order is canceled with a full refund of the undelivered tags.

You pay a one-time setup and a recurring monthly fee. To cancel, there is a 1-month notice counted from the request; your tags and landing stay active until the end of the paid cycle.

If you cancelled without being delinquent, you can reactivate with no new setup: the subscription stays blocked until payment is confirmed and, once confirmed, the recurrence is created on the chosen plan.

Through the non-indexing form inside the customer login (My Vizzupy). Active or inactive customers can request removal; reactivation of the listing only happens with an active subscription.

You have a 7-day grace period after the due date. After that, the subscription is suspended and tag editing is blocked until you settle — with a direct path to payment and support always available. Your status is never shown publicly.

Yes. From the Featured plan (50 tags) onwards, you can buy additional tags individually: BRL 24.66 per tag on Featured and BRL 21.93 on Top, minimum 10 per order.

Every plan lists your business in the Vizzupy Guide. The Top plan includes sponsored indexing for maximum visibility in search results.

Yes. Tag customization (logo, colors and design) is available from the Featured plan (50 tags). The surcharge is a FLAT BRL 15.00 per tag (standard vinyl sticker included; custom sticker, PVC card, magnet or glass/ceramic also BRL 15.00/tag; others on request), paid once at order time — never on the monthly fee. Minimum order of 10 tags. Production only starts after art approval; without approval the delivery deadline does not run. Production lead time: +3 to 5 business days over the standard Curitiba delivery. Custom tags are NOT fully refundable (the surcharge is not refunded — ESTORN-PERSO).
